When it comes to immigration law practice, sometimes the difference between two equally experienced attorneys is empathy. My goal is to keep families together and to help my clients gain legal status, with years of proven experience and success in and out of the courtroom.

I represent clients before the Immigration Court, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, U.S. Department of Labor and U.S. consulates and embassies throughout the world, in matters such as, deportation defense, waivers, naturalization applications, and foreign visa issues. My clients’ legal issues are complex because of previous deportations, criminal convictions and more, yet I work hard to find legal solutions so that they can remain in the United States.

Professional Activities

I advocate and volunteer at Northwest Immigrants Rights Project, Asian Counseling and Referral Service and Kids in Need of Defense.
